Colorblind Accessibility Options

I have red/green colorblindness and have a lot of difficulty being able to tell if crops like strawberries and cranberries are matured and a lot of other players share the same experience. Ideally there would be an option between Deuteranopia and Protanopia where it would change some textures accordingly. Not a full color shift of the entire game, but just adjust some textures for easier differentiation. Alternatively, there could be a toggle that makes it so when a crop is matured a pop-up, similar to when an artisan object like a keg produces an item, displaying the crop in item form floating above the crop.

Some things that may help you, if you mouseover a crop the cursor will change to let you know the crop can be picked.

Additionally, later on, there is something that can do the harvesting of crops for you so that you don't need to figure it out yourself.

Maybe it's a small change - just new image tiles - that the devs could bring in an update as well!?
