Solved [BUG] no train sound stardew valley 1.5.5 beta

many people have been able to reproduce this issue.
whenever the train goes by the game sound just cut off and there is no sound

After the train sound should play, the game is completely muted onwards. Changing the ingame volume settings does not change anything, neither does exiting to the main menu and muting then unmuting with the note symbol in the topleft corner.

For a while I thought the issue was with the Stardew Aquarium mod, because the sound would cut off if I tried to visit. I hadn't realized that it was tied to the train sounds, because I hadn't had it happen outside of when I was hopping on the train to visit the aquarium. Will anything happen between now and the actual release?
