Ability to Change Farmhouse Aesthetic to That of Cabins

I think a mod for this exists, but I'm a vanilla player, and I'd love to see this kind of option be open to vanilla players in the future. Basically, I really like the aesthetics of the cabins, and I think it would be wonderful if we could change the appearance of our farmhouse to resemble them. I personally like the look of the stone cabin the best, and I'd love to have a stone farmhouse like that.
