I'm using Game Version 1.6.15 build 24354 on Android.
I by accident joined the ice fishing tournament while not having my fishing rod in my inventory so I decided to leave the tournament and event space prematurely, as I thought I wasn't able to do anything without my fishing rod. After this my game thought I was having my fishing rood equiped all the time. No other tool did do anything apart from trying to fish with all animations regarding fishing.
After I saved and restarted my game it seams to be fine now.
I'm unsure if you have been made aware of this issue yet.
