I am a stardew valley player and a registered user of the stardew valley Chinese Wikipedia.
I was tinkering with the translation of "Rice Shoots" when I cross-referenced it with the official Wikipedia entry. I found an obvious translation error.
The term "Rice Shoots" should not be translated as "rice germination (水稻发芽)" in Chinese. This method of translation turns an original noun into an incomplete sentence with a mixed noun(水稻) and verb(发芽). Considering the appearance of "Rice Shoots", the Chinese equivalent of "Rice Shoots" is 稻秧 or 稻苗. It is clearly inappropriate to translate it as "sprouting rice" or "rice is sprouting".

Oh, this is a language bug that should be corrected in the next version of the update. In the Chinese language, there has never been a term called rice germination. Germination itself is a verb.
