are the simple thing i would like to see right now
retaining soil can be called useless (maybe expect 1st spring) right now (they both come after sprinklers)
dont see problem even if basic one was unlocked right from the start (:D) and quality one soon after
and coffe dedicate machine that would allow you to stack both beans and coffes would be nice
also experiene mutator that would work same as money one, would prolong gameplay further (just like PM)
