Xbox [HELP] Did the multiplayer bug get patched?

I was playing on Xbox 1 with my boyfriend, we were actually addicted to the game and in that week I believe we spent 60 hours on the farm. It started to cut out and log us off of the game until one day the whole game was gone. I have no idea how to get it back just like others but it’s soooo frustrating and we are honestly so sad about it, is there anything we could do at all to get it back or something? Thank you!

I literally have contacted everyone possible about this, and I have gotten zero replies. I did contact Magically Clueless, and she said she would alert them, but she cannot do anything else, sadly. I just want my world back. Let me know if you hear anything about it.
