PC [HELP][BUG] Unable to complete collection using Petrified Slime

Issue: My girlfriend is unable to complete the collection even though she donated the last artifact (Petrified Slime) to Gunther. She has an extra slime and tried to donate it again but Gunther is not accepting it anymore since it already exists in the museum.

Well that's a cute little bug. Not sure how it started, but if you upload a save, me or someone else could probably erase that so she could donate the other one she has to see if that fixes it. They're in XML format with a 3 byte prefix.
