Hat suggestion

A small thing that would make clothing so much better is the ability to choose whether hair gets put up inside a hat or let out of a hat. For instance, the straw hat has the hair visible but the beanies both completely cover the hair up. They would look sooo cute if it either defaulted to "hair down" or characters could choose to let the hair down through a GUI button or something like that.
