PC [BUG] Don't try to buy from Krobus if your backpack is full

Hey!

I needed to buy some Void Essence from Krobus, but I hadn't noticed my backpack was full...the game let me buy the 10 Void Essence I wanted, but then as there was no space in my backpack, the game neither let me cancel the transaction nor throw any items anyway or even close the buying screen.....so I was forced to quit the game, as that was my only option left, losing the day's work...

I can't replicate this while playing single-player on PC with v1.4.5. I tried saves where Krobus was in the sewers and where Krobus was my roommate. Are you sure your game version is up-to-date? Were you playing co-op?

My game is updated, I was playing via Steam, but I have to mention, I'm running the game on an iMac with Catalina.
