Switch [BUG] Child glitch

This is in Co-op and im second player. My son just aged into a toddler. For some reason on my screen he appears as a big long blue rectangle that is constantly spinning/flipping lol. On the first player screen he appears completely normal.

OMG! I've definitely seen this glitch before in modded playthroughs (never happened to me, but it's happened to other people) but you can't mod on Switch so I'm not sure what's going on. Maybe join the SDV discord and ask, they are very helpful
