Animal Crossing Tips

My copy of new horizons is coming in the mail next week, but i will be borrowing my brothers switch to play. We were going to have our own islands, but i just found out that is not possible. Anybody have some tips for sharing an island with a very destructive little brother?

Other tips for a complete noob to animal crossing (me) would be nice too haha.

The good news is that your brother can't do certain things if you play it first, since you'll be the island's representative. I don't think he'll be able to build bridges and buildings and etc., but he will still be able to dig holes and chop trees and stuff so it's good to keep an eye out for that

I hope you have fun!! Take your time and enjoy yourself. A lot of people stopped playing because they just WENT ALL IN and got burnt out (including me oops...)
