Issue Ridgeside Villagers Not Appearing for Luau / Any Stardew Vanilla Festivals 1.6+

• Platform: Windows / Steam
• Game Version: Stardew Valley 1.6.8, SMAPI 4.0.8

• Steps to Reproduce: Entered the Stardew Valley Luau at approx. 10:00 in-game time.
• Expected vs Actual Results: Stardew Vanilla villagers and East Scarp villagers were present, but no Ridgeside villagers were present at the tidepools. The festival set-up for the Ridgeside villagers was present (stage, buffet tables, speakers, etc.), but none of the NPCs were present.

A screenshot of the SMAPI Log with relevant errors is attached. It appears that the game tried to use the "animate" command on the NPCs, but didn't find the relevant NPCs for some reason. I'm not sure why the Ridgeside villagers would be excluded while East Scarp villagers (Jacob, Eloise, Beatrice, etc.) would be present. What steps can I take to troubleshoot this? Are there any conflicting mods that would cause this issue?

According to Ridgeside Village on Nexus, version 2.5.12 "Fixed bug where RSV NPCs disappear during even years when certain mods are installed." I haven't tested this out yet, but I'm almost in an even year. I'll let you know if it worked!
