Question Need Help Finding This Mod! | Getting Taxed?

So, I am having this issue where I am getting taxed in all of my saves and I do not own any tax mods that can cause this. However, I have come to the conclusion that maybe I have downloaded a mod that does include tax but did not outright state it... I tried finding it but the only thing I can get is: "Legend with (NPC Name)/ Lewis"

Hi !! created this acc just to answer because i had the exact same problem this morning. It comes from the "Game Achievements thank you letters" mod. When you complete a money achiement it taxes you from it. The taxes part is a toggle you can turn off !!
