The junimo that you start with as a profile picture is iconic, but it gets a little old, and it can be hard to recognize people when they all have the same picture, so my proposal is that there would be a random image token from a table for new members instead (still including the junimo) that would be used as the placeholder, and maybe there could be a contest sort of thing every once in a while to draw something to add to that table
