Like, does this make him more guilty? Also, this is kinda hypocritical because doesn't the farmer sell like 10,000 g of stuff every day or something?

The farmer sells stuff they themselves acquire through hard work. Lewis just takes the money earned by other's hardwork and does whatever. Not exactly the same thing.
