One of the only interactions between players in co-op is the marriage ring, which is hella late game. So, I think it would be fun to have a little interaction/animation when giving a bouquet to a player on co-op. Maybe changing the gift dialog, for example, instead of "X wants to give you Y", something like "X wants to start a relationship/get more serious/be your girlfriend or boyfriend/etc" and changing the farmhand status.
