Hello,
I’m playing Stardew Valley on my iPad 10 (Game Version 1.6.15, Build 24354) and using a DualShock 4 (PlayStation 4) controller, but the experience has been frustrating—almost nothing works correctly.
Here are the main issues I’ve encountered:
• I can’t open the journal, no matter which button I press.
• I can’t pet my dog or properly interact with objects.
• Selling items doesn’t work correctly—the controls are completely off.
• The button mapping is wrong and inconsistent, making the controller nearly unusable.
At this point, using the controller feels worse than just playing with touch controls. It would be great if you could fix the controller support on iPad or, even better, add a setting to remap controller buttons so we can adjust them ourselves.
I’d really appreciate any updates on this, as I love the game and just want a smooth experience with my controller.
