PC [BUG] Minor visual glitch with low energy at Festival of Ice

I went to the Festival of Ice on Winter 8 with about 10 Energy points. Every time I cast the rod, I saw black droplets fly out of the invisible energy bar. I didn't lose any energy, this is just a visual glitch.
