Hello!
Just an idea for a future large update. For many farmers in the US and globally, loans for investments in machinery and infrastructure is a big part of their finance. Additionally access to banking allows for savings with interest.
It would be cool to see a banking system set up in stardew as a way to expand the community and town, and allow for early game profits from interest on savings and loans for things like constructing farm buildings or purchasing seeds. Additionally it’s a nice financial literacy training for players and could follow a credit union or community bank model. Perfect set up for another npc or family.
love the game and will always try to complete the community center ASAP and f jojamart
