loading error

Hi everyone, I don't know how or why but my game stopped working. My character doesn't appear on the screen. When I try to open the game through main page seems like my save is fine but when I click on it nothing happens. I can't move i can't do anything. Just trees appear and everything is lost...

When I boot up the game and it ask me if I want to load from where I left off when I pick that option the game loads but menu and everything is missing and can't move or do anything. Even force closing and clearing the cache doesn't help. Game version: 1.6.14.6 Running it on a Samsung Galaxy s22+
